Steam the cauliflower first that's your base about 2 cups of mushrooms on top pound pound and a half of chicken breast on top I think two cups of alfredo sauce parmesan cheese shredded and then I think two tablespoons something like that of grated if it sounds good I can find the recipe for ya.... Definitely taste better on day two thank goodness I was able to get one bowl for day two is totally gone this one week lasted one day LOL

Y'all remember when I said I'm going to win this first week because I meal prep my lunch and this right here was my dinner that bowl is my first bowl for me usually my husband don't like my food it's too healthy he tore it up y'all LOL

The first picture was after my walk this morning I had on my cocoa sweat man and oil combined with the sweatpants oh my sweat was real then I did the recording from last Saturday since I missed it the sweat glow is glowing

I'm at the halfway point to meeting todays step challenge....yoga stretch for 15 min, walk at home video for 15 min, infinity hoop 15 min, 40 min hip hop step video followed by a 30 min walk.... LET'S GOOOOOO
