I decided to start intermittent fasting again and Iโm in the office struuuggglliinngg right nowโฆ this first week Iโm doing a 12/12 split then moving to 16/8 but hey hi good morning im hungry ๐ ๐

-30 minute walk
- stretching
-whirlpool
-steam room
Feeling rather frustrated right now as everything seems to be going in the wrong direction (workouts, strength, nutrition). Butโitโs a new month and I am trying to get back on track despite the injuries. Just putting this out in the universe to make sure I can make it happen!

I did not do the challenge. I just want to strive for more losses than gains. Definite improvement from when the App was first introduced ๐๐ฝ


I scan myself today for an update from this fat loss challenge. I didnโt turn my photos or scans in in the beginning cause I was discouraged from the last challenge but TODAYYYY my BFP is down 5.5%. I am so HAPPYYYY. Iโm determine to do everything our coaches say. I have a goal to reach by my 60th birthday in May. ๐๐๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ
