Feeling rather frustrated right now as everything seems to be going in the wrong direction (workouts, strength, nutrition). Butโ€”itโ€™s a new month and I am trying to get back on track despite the injuries. Just putting this out in the universe to make sure I can make it happen!

I scan myself today for an update from this fat loss challenge. I didnโ€™t turn my photos or scans in in the beginning cause I was discouraged from the last challenge but TODAYYYY my BFP is down 5.5%. I am so HAPPYYYY. Iโ€™m determine to do everything our coaches say. I have a goal to reach by my 60th birthday in May. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ
