English cucumber and apple (Fuji) salad to break my fast. I saw it on Instagram and decided to try, it’s good and refreshing. I made it yesterday, it also has a little fresh lime juice, salt and pepper and a drizzle of honey. I don’t think it needs the honey, next time no honey.

3-Day Detox Challenge

Day 1: Fresh Start

Morning: Lemon Water

Ingredients: 1 lemon, 1 glass of water

Benefits: Lemons help flush out toxins and boost your immune system.

Lunch: Green Smoothie

Ingredients: Spinach, cucumber, green apple, ginger, water

Benefits: Spinach and cucumber hydrate and provide essential nutrients. Green apple and ginger aid digestion.

Dinner: Veggie Stir-Fry

Ingredients: Bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, garlic, olive oil

Benefits: Bell peppers are high in vitamin C, broccoli helps detoxify, and garlic boosts your immune system.

Day 2: Refresh and Recharge

Morning: Ginger Tea

Ingredients: Fresh ginger, hot water, honey (optional)

Benefits: Ginger improves digestion and reduces inflammation.

Lunch: Berry Salad

Ingredients: Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), spinach, walnuts

A little Sunday meal prepping. Mahi mahi and broccoli. Salad with diced chicken breast, cucumber, red onion, black and green olives, cauliflower, tomatoes, garlic, black pepper, red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning. 2nd pic topped with Braggs vinaigrette, salt to taste if needed.
