Whew.. I made it through the 20 minute Super Set Strength workout.. can't believe all that in 20 minutes.. but I did it!!!

Did the 20 minute full strength workout today. Yay!!! I feel accomplished. I finally have a day off and I slept in but then got up and did this workout. Getting ready to juice and will try to get in more walking throughout the day. I'm almost back!!!

Did this today. Thanks again for these short work outs. I need them as I work to build back up. I do need a modification on that push up with the weights though lol

Ok look at this. This is the most steps I've gotten since my family emergencies/stresses earlier this year and my plantar fasciitis issues. I am so excited. Tomorrow another 20 minute workout. I'm on my way back!!! I have to lose this 8lbs I've gained and getting back to strength training.

I did it. My foot is not hurting but my arms are!!! And that plank???!!! Ugh lol thanks for this. I feel accomplished
