Woke up early and did devotional and thought let's get a workout in. Decided to do Coach's EMOM Lower Body workout. Why??!!! Whooped! And it's almost time to start work. LOL

Got in my core challenge work out and some walking Saturday. Very thankful for the rest day though I did manage to get my walking goal met. Yay! Already walked today and plan to hit the core challenge at lunch. Anyone else have a few pangs when laughing? Lol let's go!!!

Hi everyone!!! I'm back from Hawaii!! I am so grateful for the challenge that allowed me to win the trip. As you know I am slowly recovering from plantar fasciitis but I was able to get in quite a few steps while sight seeing on the island. My new Brooks shoes really helped. I am so proud of myself though my foot is killing me right now lol So I am not quite ready for cardio workouts but I am ready for Squatober!!! Miss all of you!!!! VBF4LIFE

Hey!!! Feeling good this morning. Used my juicer so drank a wonderful juice this morning and then completed the Seated Upper Body Strength and the 15 Minute Cardio HIIT with some modifications lol even got in some steps. Might try longer recordings next week. Depends on how this foot feels.

Whew.. I made it through the 20 minute Super Set Strength workout.. can't believe all that in 20 minutes.. but I did it!!!

Did the 20 minute full strength workout today. Yay!!! I feel accomplished. I finally have a day off and I slept in but then got up and did this workout. Getting ready to juice and will try to get in more walking throughout the day. I'm almost back!!!

Ok look at this. This is the most steps I've gotten since my family emergencies/stresses earlier this year and my plantar fasciitis issues. I am so excited. Tomorrow another 20 minute workout. I'm on my way back!!! I have to lose this 8lbs I've gained and getting back to strength training.
