I am sending out this Juicing recipe guide ahead of the challenge so you can get prepared if any of these interest you. I broke them down into:

Remember, these juices do NOT replace meals - they're supplements to help you get additional vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that you might miss in your regular meals.
