3. Set Reminders: Set hourly reminders to get up and move. Even just a few laps around the house add up.ย 

4. Get Creative: Dance, pace while on the phone, or take the stairs a couple of extra times.ย 

5. Challenge a Friend: A little friendly competition can push you to move more.ย
