Stacey Greene Davis Yeah I know it's my thighs too. I also use the lighter ones. I've tried different bands and not buying anymore. Guess for now I may just forgo the bands. It's not comfortable when it's twisted.

Done! Had to do a couple of substitutions.

Wish I could find some bands that won't twist on me but I know it's a size issue. (I'm the size issue. Lol)

Today was a struggle for me. I couldn't get it going with the workout. I guess I was still exhausted from working a double but thought the 10am class would help.
Also, it was a treasure hunt to find the live class this morning. I almost gave up. Andre Belle, give the link as normal unless that was your plan. Lmao

Ooh this is very helpful to me since I work the afternoon shift and most times can't get in bed before 1am. And I would get mandated so I can't begin tomorrow. I won't be off until 7am. Smh.

Will the walking challenge be the same as last time, 20 & 30K steps? My life not step to walk all day long like that.

Because I missed a few workouts last week, I didn't take pics. I worked a double yesterday and have to tomorrow as well so I got in Coach Dre 20 min workout. I made a few modifications but how did I manage to make it a 30 min workout? Smh. It was good tho. Again no pics. Lol
