Great class but I've been off. I was in Cabos celebrating 50 yrs around the sun. Although I took clothes to workout, it didn't happen that way but I did do lots of upstairs and incline walking but it wasn't planned. Lol
Glad to be back. I'm committed to the end of the year and beginning to stay consistent.

10am class. Good session.

I have to start preparing for work. I can't squat all day. I did want i could. You kept changing the amount. Lol
