I was too tired to commit to a 45 minute class but I didn't want to skip a day. This is a solid 20 minute workout! Elevated heart rate and beads of sweat!

1.5 years with VBF and I have never seen the finisher and I would happily go another year and a half - and I was doing the modified version πŸ₯΅
