Grand Rising day 2 of the 21 Day challenge completed I did the 20 minute full body strength workout this morning who child what y'all going to do this evening I might have to just lift 2 lb y'all have a blessed day

Did the recording of course I thought I choose something that didn't have any jumping it doesn't matter with this group you sweat as though you ran a marathon LOL... But it's a definite win for me today I did the 20 minute workout this morning did a recording I'm at 8000 steps I'm going to do two more thousand to get that 10 in I think it's just a watermelon night and bedtime

Happy Saturday getting ready to go out of town so I had to get up this morning and do a couple quick videos I got that one of those 20 minute videos and that yeah did me in but I decided to challenge myself to do a 10 minute ab workout I took a side picture because I'm trying to focus on this turkey neck I have so I put some coco oil on it LOL sweating and sweating and sweating

I took this picture when we were just a little over the halfway point at tonight's class because I was sweating like crazy great workout but I think she might have been on something tonight LOL. So I'm treating myself to my husband cucumber tomato I think he has some green peppers in here and I'm throwing on some shrimp for a little protein and then let's just call it a night talk to y'all tomorrow

A little Sunday walk....only 1000 more steps needed to meet the daily goal... Let me just say I am still on vacation mode LOL this will be my first full week back to work since June 18th think I am done with alcohol. I'll return from punta Cana I have been working now but I cannot say that the nutrition has been 100 well yes it has it's been 100 bad LOL but I got to get back I'm coming back this week this is the week 💪🏽
