Grand rising.. did the recording from yesterday class the drop set lower body with bands that second picture was me on the floor doing the donkey kick and sweat was just dripping I don't know if it was from the oils that I put on that little turkey chin LOL yeah that was a hell of a workout have a great Friday

Wanted....breath ... Got in yesterday morning tabata hit workout

I did yesterday's workout today cardio at 5:00 between the workout, the oil, and the 92° weather first thing first was an Epsom salt bath fix me a little shrimp on a bed of rice with some spinach and spring mix it was so good now it's time to call it a night have a good one y'all

Oooo weee ..... I just did the recording from yesterday class I don't know about y'all but I'm good if I don't see that type of a workout for at least I can't even put a time limit on it now LOL great workout coach got that sweat in y'all know about the coco oil today was my first day using her sweatband with the oil that combined with this crazy workout yeah I felt like I needed to throw up today y'all have a blessed Sunday now

Grand Rising was able to wake up this morning and get that workout in got that sweat going on the front and the back have a good day time to make the donuts LOL
