Grand Rising.... completed yesterdays recording of upper body.... wasn't in me to do another short video this morning, maybe this evening I'll get it in....upper body feel pumped...who gone step to me lol

Grand rising.. I was so exhausted yesterday y'all I got off at a quarter to 5:00 I will sleep at 7:00 nevertheless got up this morning to do coaches crazy cardio workout yesterday since I'm trying to do the 21 Day challenge I followed up with the 10 minute floor exercise there was no way I was going to continue standing after again coach crazy cardio workout yesterday LOL

Cheesing because class is over I don't know if I'm going to get day 6 of this 21 challenging maybe in 20 minutes I may find the motivation and the urge

Grand rising.. woke up late after these challenges combined with regular classes sister kind of beat couldn't get up on time nevertheless no excuse I did the 10 minute stand up app video this morning realize I still have a little more time so I opted for the 6 minute cardio blast thinking I'm done I did my 6 minutes but nah his expectation was for you to do the next two rounds on your own I did it because at the end of the day it benefits me right y'all be blessed happy Friday

Day 4 of the 21 Day challenge... Completed the 20 minute seated dumbbell for the upper body workout strength training I did mine on my yoga ball to give me a little more of a challenge

Happy Wednesday to my fitness family I got in a 15 minute cardio hit I feel like wake up sweat.. go to bed sweat.. wake up sweat LOL I'm going to be thankful for Wednesday Friday to Sundays for the next 3 weeks day three of a quick workout challenge check

Yall just don't know I had to talk myself into coming home after work to do the recording from today's workout... two workouts a day may not seem like much to you OGs but this girl is feeling it...feeling it so bad that I hit my knee tonight with the dumbbell LOL I got it in about to go eat some shrimp a sweet potato and some watermelon hope you all survive in the live class tonight until tomorrow...
