Dinner is served .... Chipotle chicken served with some veggies tomatoes, onions, olives, cucumber, my husband don't do feta cheese so only on mine pretty good

Breaking fast with my overnight oats which has yogurt banana Walnut and the triple Berry and chia seed supposed to be 30g of protein I believe

Call myself trying a new recipe it's a roasted soup with squash onions carrots cauliflower and garlic bake it blend it top it with the roasted chickpeas I took a bite it's a little strong I'm not a chickpeas girl I'm really not a soup girl but I thought I'd give it a shot we'll see tomorrow because I broke my fast after working out tonight with my overnight oats and I'm actually pretty satisfied

Non-scale victory yesterday I was looking for something to throw on to run somewhere I tried on both of these jeans that I was wearing last year one of them are a size medium which I was shocked that they were that big so I'm assuming they may run big but I won't take that away from me the other is a size 31 think that's equivalent to 9/10 maybe 11/12 I'm not sure now... Today I retry them on over a pair of leggings and I had my grandson to take a picture I didn't know he was doing the video so that's the reason y'all will hear me call him a turkey LOL... Yes that was heated because I needed to run somewhere quickly and my clothes was too big 😂 but I'm really not mad LOL

Welllll ok ok may not be totally all the way healthy but after that crazy workout tonight, my metabolism should keep it from sticking 😂.... Chicken thighs, spinach and Falfalle noodles....gooood
