Did my own workout with the challenges from the last 2 days, in addition to 100 crunches, 100 squats and biceps/triceps! Killed zones 3-4 on my own! Now….LETS GO BUCKS!

Actually was able to catch a live class Monday night! Squatober has been going well until yesterday (GI bug). Taking today’s mental health day to make up yesterday.
