I'm a few days lates. I haven't had motivation to workout, hopefully I can catch the live at 10am.
Pro Tip: We’ve been hitting strength training heavy these past 2 weeks, so make sure you fuel up on carbs before class. Carbs give you quick energy to push through those tough sets and help your muscles recover faster, so you can get stronger without feeling drained. 💪🏽

1. Oatmeal with fruit
2. Brown rice or quinoa
3. Sweet potatoes
4. Whole grain toast with nut butter
5. Bananas or apples
6. Greek yogurt with honey
7. Baked potatoes
8. Smoothie with fruits and oats
9. Whole grain pasta
10. Rice cakes with avocado

Got in my core challenge work out and some walking Saturday. Very thankful for the rest day though I did manage to get my walking goal met. Yay! Already walked today and plan to hit the core challenge at lunch. Anyone else have a few pangs when laughing? Lol let's go!!!
