Ok good to know. Yes I’m gonna get me one of the scales also. I weighed myself this morning and said OH NOOO what’s going on….this ain’t good😁 

I’m gonna have to get me one of those scales. I feel a lil difference in some clothes but I’m not gonna stop because I need the strength classes to help with menapause weight. Thanks for answering and the scale suggestion. ❤️
