GM VBF Family I got a question. I’ve been trying to stay away from the scale but it’s not working. I like to keep up with my progress. Anyway I got on the scale yesterday and it’s going up instead of going down. My question is would it be because I’m lifting weights more now? I know muscles weigh more than fat. Please Help😩😩

I have a smart scale that measures percentage of muscle and fat mass. It makes me feel a little better when the numbers go up (the muscle % has gone up and fat% going down). However, are your clothes fitting differently? That is success!

Since we do a lot of strength training it could be muscle. Pay attention to how your clothes are fitting. Typically, muscle will have you losing inches vs weight right away. The scale that Rupa mentioned will be helpful too.
