Happy Sunday!
Ready for a new week. Down and out the last few days ....due to sickness.
Workout complete: 10 am
Total water: 120 ounces
Caramel Protein Shake with berries
Liftoff from Herbal Life
Prep Sunday complete:
* Meals for the week(dinner, lunch etc)
* laundry done/clothes laid out for the week
* house clean
Relaxing for the rest of the day.

Happy New Year!
Today is a new day!
Goals for 2024:
Lose a 100 pounds by December 31st, 2024
Target: 9 pounds a month
Current Status: down 3.5 pounds since January 1st.
Fit into size 8 clothing:
Current Status: Size 16/18
No Cheat Meals (high calorie, high carb, high sodium meals, etc)
Current Status: on day 4
