I haven’t been around for a while because my plantar fasciitis plus a tear has left me sidelined. I hate not being to enjoy perfect fall weather with daily walks, and not being able to get sweaty in class. But at 52, I need this thing to heal so that I can get my mobility back. In the meantime I’ve being trying to watch my food intake and I’ve been doing gentle yoga or pilates that doesn’t involve any pressure on my foot. Hoping to join y’all again soon!

Thinking of you…Exercise and walking help me on the days that I feel down, cause Lord knows all I want to do is eat. Praying that each day you feel better.
