Coach, I can’t make the evening classes, what recording should I do in the morning? Lower or upper body? Total body? Thanks. I don’t want to do the same thing we might do on Tuesday morning.

Hey Vanessa, just a suggestion, add some protein powder, it will keep you fuller longer.
