Sad ...this is my last day to workout with you all for a few weeks. Having surgery tomorrow so putting this on hold for awhile. But i will be excited to get back to it as soon as humanly possible. Good wishes everyone!  So appreciative of this community and the challenging workouts!

I have completed the workouts for the week and increased my water intake as well . So far good week!

Yes I use the Atkins shakes or the fairlife shakes mostly to make smoothies with Greek yogurt. That is helpful also to increase protein. Counting calories helped me when I stalled.

Hi. I was wondering if there were live classes today, Sept 12th..I'm not seeing them in the recorded section like I usually do..just wondering as I usually do the recorded class mid day ..today I just did last Tuesdays class
