Amen! I haven't really worked out in a month. I'm sore from the last 2 days but it has felt so good to (slowly) get back on track.

I have been in such a funk lately and have had zero motivation...which sucks because I feel like all my hard work was lost and I can definitely feel it.

Joining a live isn't a requirement correct? I'm going to try if my internet cooperates...either way I've missed y'all and working out. Time to stop with my excuses and get back on track!

Omg!! This was a workout. My legs and stomach are feeling it! I had to rest after round 1...but I finished it. Definitely adding this to my list to do often.

Just got done with day 2. I need to remember to stretch beforehand...my legs, butt, and stomach are feeling the burn today!
