Hi all—so I might be off the grid for a few weeks, though I am going to try and pick up the recordings. My mother passed away yesterday and I will be traveling to India to settle her affairs and spread her ashes. I need to be minimalist in my packing but want to try and continue working out while I am gone. Suggestions for body weight/resistance band short workouts appreciated!

It’s a challenge to get the workouts in when away from home with lots of other people around! I got a couple of mini workouts in before going downstairs for the day. Yay for kettle bells! Hope you had a blessed holiday!
