So this was my workout today….moving my son and his new wife into their first place together—3rd floor apartment no elevator!

Modified 20 min workout 5/5 days this week (so far)! Today I added gentle bicep curls and forward shoulder raises with light weights! Hopefully I won’t pay for it later!

Hey all—
I have questions about the 21 Day Challenge. I want to participate even though I will have to sub the PT I am doing for most of the upper body workouts.
1. Do we have to pay if we are members?
2. How do you know we are participating as members?
3. How do we get access to the recipes and nutritional stuff?

Honestly….🤢. I’ve discovered that I need a little bit of fruit in the mix. Other juices in the line are fine though.
