Call myself trying a new recipe it's a roasted soup with squash onions carrots cauliflower and garlic bake it blend it top it with the roasted chickpeas I took a bite it's a little strong I'm not a chickpeas girl I'm really not a soup girl but I thought I'd give it a shot we'll see tomorrow because I broke my fast after working out tonight with my overnight oats and I'm actually pretty satisfied

Breaking my fast with some eggs spinach and turkey sausage and mushroom today


Welllll ok ok may not be totally all the way healthy but after that crazy workout tonight, my metabolism should keep it from sticking π.... Chicken thighs, spinach and Falfalle noodles....gooood


This is my boring meal: chicken breast with sriracha and a side of collard greens that has a little smoked Turkey leg. Itβs good though.π
