After 30mins on my walking pad this morning, I wanted to work on my arms and this was a great workout for my arms.

You probably can’t see the sweat but trust me it’s there. The finishers I just started running in place🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️. Another 45min workout in 20 mins….whew I’m tired now

WOW!!!

This was a good one coach.  I'm still not comfortable getting on the floor yet so for the floor excersizes I walked in place to get some steps in.  Worked up a sweat thou.
