Missed this mornings class because I wasn't feeling well. Feeling a little better so I completed the recording on my lunch 🥵
I strayed away from healthy eating these past 3 weeks. I don't know why I sabotage myself! I lost 40lbs and gained back 4. Time to refocus and get back on track. What's done is done and today is a new day ❤️
