Grand Rising it is 7:00 I am still proud of me, I set the alarm for 4:00 with the intent to get most of my steps that is needed for today I think the goal is 12,000 right did this video that said I should get $3,000 when I finished it was 1300 LOL so I started with my yoga did a 15-20 minute walk video followed by a 15 minute Hulu hula hoop workout followed by a 10 minute rebounder workout that is my start look like I'll be walking through my lunch and breaks today what y'all doing on this work it out Wednesday
