Lower Body Strength Workout Complete Great workout πͺπΎ VBF
#10am Lower body. I do need to increase weights for Lower body because I'm not fatigue enough at the end. I'm stll working it though, but I can increase the lbs on some exercises. My struggles are Lunges and anything single legged.

Good class and I Learned today can do 25lbs for lower body but my upper body I'm struggling with 10's...hmmmπ€
