I had an awesome day. I worked out this morning and I got my steps in. I took 3 weeks off & it was hard to get back on track.

Turn-up Tuesday: 6am workout 💪 and 7am walk. I'm fighting this cold, hopefully I'll start to feel better!

I worked out for 40 minutes, started with legs and then cardio. Idk what happend the first video cut me off? Lol

I went for a nice long walk with my friend this morning. I'm happy I got all my steps for today 🎉
