Day 10- I usually drink my mushroom coffee in the morning before I start my day. I did not have time to drink it nor do I need it after this wonderful workout that Coach Dre gave us today๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

The watch is Day 4(Sunday) the sweat picture was yesterday Day 3. I have a question are we supposed to do some form of workout everyday??
