I really appreciate all the support from this group. I came close to quitting a few times but everyone’s hard work kept me going. Thank you!

I lost 6 pounds while still eating a lot of food. The best benefit is the stamina I have gained. I can easily walk a few miles or hop on the treadmill while I watch tv. That was the main outcome I wanted from the challenge. Now I can do classes along with my steps. That was not the case before.

Consider the breadth of timezones you serve. I’m on west coast. Except for Saturday, the morning class is at 3 am for pst folks.

This is awesome! And I feel great for being consistent 10 days in a row. Thanks to coach and our whole group for the support and friendship.
