Hi friends! Quick question. I'm trying to be more intentional with logging my food. I can do this through both fitbit (paid) and my fitness pal (free). My issue is that I throw a lot of things together in my blender and don't know the nutritional value. Do you know of an app that will allow me to add my "recipe" and get the breakdown of my serving size and macros? It's easy to use the apps with something to scan, but not when I'm creating in my kitchen. Any suggestions? 😊
