What do you do with the clothes that are now too big. Do you get rid of them or do you hang on to them like a security blanket? I struggle with tossing the clothes that are now too large...."just in case". But just in case of what? Just in case I quit my fitness journey? Just in case I gain the weight back? Just in case exercise becomes too hard or time consuming? I wonder if releasing that "security blanket" will motivate me to keep moving forward towards my goal instead of hanging on to old things and habits. Is there a time period you give yourself for tossing these items (i.e. 6 months at new size)?

You won't have to worry about missing workouts while in Lisbon because just about everything is on an incline in the central part of the city. My legs be on fire! This is great when you are walking to the local ice cream shop. I think on average, I've reached 23K daily.

Headed to Europe, but I have my jump rope and bands in my luggage. No excuses allowed. I am going to be on the struggle bus with my diet though.
